When To Call 911

Medical crises: Unconsciousness, severe bleeding, or chest pain.

Active danger: Fires, active threats, or violent fights.

Crimes in progress: Burglaries, assaults, or reckless/drunk driving.

When To Call Non-Emergency/311

Past incidents: Theft, vandalism, or vehicle break-ins where the suspect is already gone.
Minor property damage: Fender benders or minor property harm with no injuries.
Nuisance complaints: Loud music, parking violations, or barking dogs
